Inspired by the simple and solid forms from the ancient archetypal plates, comes Figgjo Aura, which combines subtle functionality with elegance.
Its characteristic design creates an illusion of the plates “floating” above the surface, and this sets a ritual scene for the eating experience.
The designer, Erik Lindberg, has worked closely with several of Norway’s leading chefs, including the country’s Bocuse d’Or candidate Christian André Pettersen, as well as the national cooking teams in both Norway and Sweden. Their feedback helped to shape the design of Figgjo Aura.
