Rectangular shapes

Figgjo Plattform has a distinctive and angular Scandinavian design, which takes inspiration from Japanese aesthetics. Like a canvas with a frame, the rectangular shapes provide an original surface for the food. This product collection started out as a collaboration with the Norwegian National Culinary Team for the Culinary Olympics in Erfurt in 2004.
