Figgjo is a proud partner of the Norwegian Chefs Association. Through our collaboration, we support the culinary arts and the recruitment of future chefs in Norway.
The Norwegian Culinary Teams
From winning the gold overall of the Culinary Olympics in 2020, the new national culinary team consists of 33 devoted chefs representing Norway in the Villeroy & Boch Culinary World Cup 2022.
The Culinary World Cup is one of the biggest and best-known culinary contests in the world. In 2022, hosted by Villeroy & Boch, 15 national teams and 15 junior national teams will be taking part in the two competition categories. A further 15 “Community Catering” teams will also be competing for the title. Norway will be represented in all three categories with a mission to reach the podium in all genres.
Figgjo has equipped both the Norwegian and the Swedish National Culinary Teams with custom-decorated porcelain that emphasizes and extends each of the teams’ food concepts.
