Taking inspiration from the decors that were popular in the '60s and '70s, the WAV collection offers a retro-style twist in contemporary colours with a modern look.
An ode to sound
Sound is a powerful thing. It triggers our emotions, mood, memories, and behaviour.
Some sounds can produce almost universal responses in people: nature sounds, for instance, are nearly always associated with peace and relaxation, while the noise of a buzzing restaurant will spark excitement and joy.
We’ve named our new decor after sound waves or WAV. Here, WAV is symbolic of the familiar sounds of socializing with friends and family, all familiar sounds that we’ve missed while grounded in lockdown.
Those meetups with friends. Champagne bottles popping. Clinking glasses. A coffee grinder. The sizzling steak. The sounds of a busy kitchen.
Sound waves
The sum of all these sounds is manifested in WAV. As we live through a time of wanting to be together, this is an ode to just that. Togetherness.

The 35-series was made during the 1960s and we have looked to that era when it comes to this latest decor.
Taking inspiration from our early patterns that were popular in the ’60s and ’70s, we have created a decor with a retro-style twist and added contemporary colours to give it a more modern look.
